ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Jen Wolkin is a neurodivergent, Harvard-trained neuropsychologist, health psychologist, and mindfulness expert who bridges neuroscience and compassion to make calm practical.

She translates the neuroscience of mindfulness into simple, evidence-based tools that help people move from reactive to regulated, even in a world that constantly pulls them off center.

Quick Calm grew out of her belief that science should soothe, not overwhelm, and that small, consistent practices can bring real peace to real lives.
