ADHD Coaching & Executive Function Coaching

Coaching for adults ready to work with their wiring, not against it

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit. Together, we’ll chart a new course that honors your unique wiring, and helps you move through life with less friction and more flow.

If you live with ADHD, you already know it’s not about trying harder.

It’s about learning to work in rhythm with your own wiring.

And even if you don’t have a diagnosis, modern life can still overload the same executive-function system—making it hard to stay engaged or follow through.

Executive functions are the brain’s foundation for mental skills like planning, organizing, focusing, and regulating emotions.

They rely on the right kind of fuel: motivation.

When that fuel runs low or the path gets uneven, it’s easy to stall or spin out.

Coaching helps you understand how your mind, body, and brain work together, so you can move forward with steadiness and trust in your own process.

This isn’t cookie-cutter productivity coaching or a list of quick “life hacks.”

It’s integrative, evidence-based support for how you function and feel under real-world pressure.

I draw on my background in neuropsychology, health psychology, and mindfulness—along with lived experience as a neurodivergent adult—to bring science and compassion together.

Every session is tailored to your unique context, capacity, and nervous system.

Individual ADHD & Executive Function Coaching

What to Expect

Coaching is forward-focused and collaborative.  You can think of it like a tune-up for your executive system and a roadmap for sustainable change.

We’ll look at what’s blocking traction (spoiler: it’s not willpower!) and adjust the conditions that help your brain — and the rest of you — engage.

The process isn’t about “fixing” your wiring; it’s about learning to drive it with greater awareness and care.

You’ll leave with tools that are actionable, repeatable, and grounded in the neuroscience of how motivation and executive functioning work together.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s steadier movement forward, guided by clarity, compassion, and self-understanding.

Coaching for Organizations & Teams

What to Expect

Neurodivergence and executive-function variability shape how people focus, plan, and collaborate, and they exist in every workplace, whether named or not.

In addition to individual coaching, I partner with organizations, HR leaders, and creative teams to build workplaces that are both high-performing and humane.

Each engagement blends data, depth, and story, helping teams replace burnout with bandwidth and turn understanding into action.

Schedule a 20-Minute Consultation

Every system runs differently. This call helps us see if we’re a fit.

We’ll talk about what’s feeling stuck, what you’ve already tried, and what kind of support would actually help your brain engage. You’ll leave with clarity on next steps, whether that’s coaching together or another direction that fits better.

20 minutes. No pressure. Just a real conversation about what your brain needs next.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is not therapy, assessment, or medical treatment. It focuses on skills, systems, and self-trust in the present, helping you build tools for daily life.

It can complement therapy, psychiatry, or other forms of care beautifully, but it doesn’t replace them.
